2. Product Specifications

We strive for maximum accuracy in all product listings. However, due to continuous engineering improvements, technical specifications and designs may change without prior notice. All machines are sold as "New" unless explicitly stated otherwise in a formal quote.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Payments must be made in full before the dispatch of any machinery.
• We accept payments via Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, and major Credit/Debit cards.
• Taxes and duties (GST) are applicable as per Indian government regulations and will be clearly itemized in the final commercial invoice.

4. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after the receipt of the initial deposit or full payment as per the proforma invoice. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of materials or unforeseen logistics constraints, in which case a full refund will be initiated.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dunlop Equipment shall not be held liable for any loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or any indirect/consequential damages resulting from the use or delayed delivery of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this website or the purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
