At Dunlop Equipment, we stand behind the quality of our road construction machinery. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our detailed policy regarding returns and refunds to ensure a transparent experience for our customers.
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your machinery to request a return. Due to the high-value nature of industrial equipment, the machinery must be in its original, unused condition, and in its original packaging (where applicable).
If your machinery arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for an inspection by our technical team, and if the defect is confirmed, we will provide a repair or replacement at no additional transport cost to you.

If the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error on our part, Dunlop Equipment will cover all transportation costs. For all other returns (change of mind or order errors by the customer), the customer is responsible for safely transporting the machinery back to our New Delhi facility at their own expense.
Once your return is received and inspected by our technical department, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 to 15 business days.
