Orders are processed Monday through Saturday until 4:00 PM (IST). Orders placed after this time or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Standard machinery typically requires 3 to 5 business days for quality inspection, final testing, and crating before dispatch. Any customized modifications may extend this period, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Once dispatched from our New Delhi facility, the estimated delivery time for our road construction machinery is usually between 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and transport logistics within India.
Due to the weight and dimensions of industrial equipment, shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the machinery and the delivery distance. All shipping costs will be clearly mentioned in your proforma invoice and final commercial quote.
Customers must ensure that the delivery site is accessible for heavy transport vehicles (e.g., trailers or large trucks). Unless otherwise negotiated, the unloading of the machinery is the responsibility of the customer. We advise inspecting the equipment immediately upon delivery and noting any transit damage on the dispatch document before signing.
